Il sito occupa un’area di circa 7000 mq e comprende una serie di capannoni per un totale di circa 1500 mq destinati al rimessaggio di yacht fino a 30 mt più altri 1500 mq di aree scoperte suddivise su un piazzale retrostante e su una banchina ed altri 1000 mq di aree destinate a deposito materiali ed attrezzature al servizio dei refit di yacht. Tutti questi capannoni si affacciano su una banchina dedicata che si estende per una lunghezza di 100 mt, provvista di colonnine di erogazione acqua e corrente. Una estensione verso mare della banchina è stata costruita e su cui scorre un travel-lift di 110 ton e dedicata all’alaggio e varo degli yacht. Le varie imbarcazioni vengono movimentate nelle varie aree coperte e/o scoperte con carrelli motorizzati da 15, 30, 80 ton. Lo specchio acque dedicato in via esclusiva al cantiere è stato dotato di un pontile galleggiante di 50 mt provvisto di colonnine erogatrici di acqua e corrente al servizio delle lavorazioni e tale specchio acqueo può ospitare imbarcazioni fino a 60 mt.
